Our shipping company ensures full pre-sortation of mail that meets the requirements of priority delivery. BUSY CHRISTMAS PERIOD : please note that due to the busiest time of the year for postal services there are slight delays in deliveries. Shipments to North America, South America and Asia may take up to seven to 10 business days. How much does it cost? A Standard Delivery charge of £3.99 is added to all orders to the UK and continental Europe. All orders for £89.99 or more will be charged £8.99 UK and continental European address and shipped recorded. International orders for delivery outside the UK and continental Europe are charged from £5.99. Unfortunately we can not ship to the Channel Islands and Eire. Who do we use? Orders addressed within the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and offshore islands are sent by RoyalMail. You can choose any convenient delivery address, but you must arrange for someone to be present to receive and sign for the package on the expected delivery date. Where do we ship from? We ship from Jersey in the Channel Islands, UK. Jersey Post is highly regarded within the world-wide post and logistics infrastructure. It has an excellent relationships with Royal Mail and other leading European national postal operators. Jersey Post is also an operational partner with Fedex.
